Victor Nja is an Image and Brand Architect and the Founder of the TUFF ecosystem. Over the last 10 years, his work has spanned creative direction, fashion design, media, styling, brand development, wardrobe curation, procurement, fashion retailing, influencer marketing, community-building, and content creation, all rooted in identity, authenticity, and collective growth.
Rather than positioning himself as a celebrity stylist or fashion designer, Victor operates as a Brand Architect, someone who diagnoses, strategizes, and builds visual brand narratives for individuals, companies, and product lines.
His work in fashion spans fashion design, fashion styling, fashion retail, and wardrobe curation. Alongside this, he works across media, procurement, brand development and management, and visual and content creation.
Over his career, Victor has styled and directed campaigns for some of the biggest names in Nigerian and international music. He styled and designed Rema’s outfit for his Jimmy Kimmel Live performance, strengthening his global brand image.
He led Asake’s image and brand management during his breakout era from 2018 to 2022, and directed the creative and styling for Wande Coal’s Legend or No Legend album cover and press campaign in 2023. He designed the clothes, accessories, and shoes for Majid Jordan’s video shoot for “Different” featuring Nonso Amadi, pieces the artists loved so much they kept them as souvenirs.
He has also worked extensively with Bella Shmurda, Young Jonn, Kizz Daniel, BNXN, DJ Spinall, Oxlade, Nonso Amadi, High Fashion, YL Collectives, Go Crazy, ZTTW, Only Rare Atelier, and many others.
